Pocket Chestnut is finally back! Outness* EP will be available from April 28th in 200 copies limited edition CDR. CD includes 4 tracks that leave behind lo-fi rock’n’roll and look deep to a huge & dreamed American wasteland. All song have been home recorded all along 2011, then mixed by William Novati in Pavia (News for Lulu, Green Like July) and finally sent to Carl Saff (Joan of Arc, Guided by Voices) in Chicago for mastering.

Tornano i Pocket Chestnut con Outness* EP. Dal 28 aprile, ai concerti della band, sarà disponibile un CD-R in edizione limitata di 200 copie numerate a mano. Quattro canzoni inedite registrate pe rl'occasione, per lasciarsi alle spalle il rock’n’roll da cameretta e distendere lo sguardo al grande vuoto della provincia. Che guardata concerti occhi, americana o italiana che sia, rimane sempre la stessa. Tra Bon Iver e Iron & Wine, passando per la buonanima di Sparklehorse e i LowAnthem. Tutte le tracce sono state registrate in casa durante tutto il 2011, poi mixate da William Novati a Pavia (News for Lulu, Green Like July) e infinespedite a Chicago a Carl Saff (Joan of Arc, Guided by Voices) per la masterizzazione finale. Su "Outness EP" hanno suonato e si sono dati da fare, a vario titolo, Ema,Pol, Teddy, Tum e Umberto.
